The 2-day Project Management for Supervisors and Managers Training that is offered by ExeQserve in the Philippines is a management development course that aims to address the knowledge gap in project management by senior managers and corporate executives. The course covers project management principles, processes, and tools & techniques which participants can readily apply. This course is a combination of instruction and team-based exercises.
