Workshop Overview
All problems are not creative equal, and there is no one way of effectively dealing with them. There is, however, a basic framework that helps us recognize the problem, understand it, ideate solutions, choose, and champion our decision.
As leaders and individual contributors deal with various types of challenges that come with work, the need to equip them with tactics and tools that lead to satisfying results became necessary.
ExeQserve Consultants designed a 2-hour learning session aimed at helping them recognize and understand problems they may encounter and apply a four-step technique for addressing them. The session will be highly interactive. We shall use learning games and case studies to ensure the practical application of learning in the workplace.
