The Trainer’s role is crucial in facilitating learning.

Two essential skills must be demonstrated; presentation and effective facilitation. To help enhance trainers’ competence in delivering training, ExeQserve Consultants designed a two-day program aimed at refreshing and strengthening their training skills by deepening their appreciation of concepts and theories of learning and equipping them with new knowledge and tools they can use in conducting training. ExeQserve is an HR consulting company based in the Philippines that offers Presentation and Facilitation Skills Training.

To ensure maximum benefit from this intervention, we are dividing the group into 3 teams on Day 2 to give them enough opportunity to demonstrate what they learned and get useful feedback from 3 coaches and their fellow participants.

General Objective

At the end of the workshop, the participants are expected to enumerate and describe necessary skills in conducting training and facilitating learning

Specific Objectives

At the end of this 2-day workshop, the participants are expected to be able to:

  • Describe the necessary preparation for delivering a presentation
  • Explain what they can do to make the four cornerstones of the presentation work in harmony
  • Explain some of the most important learning theories
  • Demonstrate Deductive and Inductive Facilitation of learning
  • Simulate techniques in presenting and facilitating learning.
