While Mentoring and Coaching are different from each other, they require similar sets of competencies. This is perhaps why people get confused.
Engaging in a productive mentoring and coaching relationship requires that the mentor acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, attitude, and habits. In this course, we will focus on those competencies, how and wherein the coaching process they can be applied. Please note that attending that a pre-requisite to attending this course is attending Module 3.
