We had the chance to facilitate this 1-day Exchanging Feedback Workshop for a BPO Company in McKinley last November 28.
17 participants attended the workshop which was facilitated by Geraldine Cruz. They assessed and improved their skills in giving and receiving feedback. They practiced different techniques and behaviors in effective feedback exchange.
The ability to give effective feedback requires the development of communication skills and the ability to use effective language.
