Len Ebreo is an accomplished Human Resource and Organizational Development consultant and a certified Life Coach at ExeQserve, where she brings her expertise to the forefront. In her previous role, she led ExeQserve’s Training Services business unit, overseeing crucial aspects such as business development, training needs analysis, training design, service delivery, and customer relations.
Her pursuit of excellence and dedication to personal development is evident through her impressive educational background. Len Ebreo was honored with a scholarship grant from the esteemed Australia Awards Scholarship program, which enabled her to pursue a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle Australia (UoN). Her outstanding academic performance resulted in her graduation with distinction.
During her time in Australia, Len’s leadership abilities shone as she served as the President of the Philippine Association of Students at UoN. Additionally, she gained valuable experience by working as a Project Assistant for the Faculty of Business and Law, collaborating with HR representatives from various businesses in Newcastle and the greater Hunter region.
Her passion for continuous learning is evident through her academic achievements, which include a Diploma in Industrial Relations Management from De La Salle University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Len actively participates in various organizations. She is a valued member of the Butter and Toast Toastmasters Club, where she hones her communication and leadership skills. Additionally, she contributes her expertise to the Philippine Society for Training and Development and maintains her connection with the Australia Awards Scholarship Alumni Network.
