Many people do not like to be “controlled.” They don’t like to be told what to do and feel boxed in when faced with specific standards. Few people like to be criticized or corrected, yet corrective feedback is what controls often come down to. This 3-hour session is designed for this reason. This aims to equip supervisors to have a realistic understanding of what to emphasize when implementing and maintaining discipline.
