Leaders serve as role models for their teams, demonstrating the desired behaviors and work ethic, and setting the standards for others to follow. When leaders embody the company’s values and culture, it reinforces those qualities throughout the organization. Effective leaders empower their employees by delegating, providing autonomy, and encouraging innovation. They create a supportive environment where employees feel empowered to take risks, share their ideas, and contribute to the organization’s success. Strong leaders create a culture of performance excellence by recognizing and rewarding achievements while addressing performance issues constructively by establishing clear expectations and holding employees accountable for their actions and outcomes.

It is imperative that organizations foster and enrich their leaders, as this is an investment in people and assures a success and resilience that is both self-driven and sustainable.

Workshop Objective

This outlines the scope and methodology to be used in the workshop, “Empowering Leaders in Driving a Positive Company Culture: A Workshop for People Leaders”. The primary objective of this workshop is to align internal values, behaviors, and a sense of ownership of select employees in people leadership positions in the company.

The ultimate goal is to drive and boost the morale and motivation of these employees, with the intention that their renewed love of work is shared by their peers in their respective groups.

Program Design and Details

Discussions (Group and Peer-to-Peer)

The workshop is designed to be an interactive and integrative experience for the participants. Through conversations, it is expected that we will learn the underlying drivers of current behaviors, and understand values alignment, reward drivers, and potential limiting beliefs that cause resistance to change.

Games and Exercises

Participants will undergo games and exercises that are both exciting and reflective. These exercises will uncover communication styles, stress-coping mechanisms, interpersonal interaction, teamwork, leadership, and sense of self. There will be a bonus workshop at the end of the program (should time allow) that will let them practice select stress management techniques.

Reflections

Throughout the workshop, participants will have opportunities to reflect and share their personal takeaways from the conducted activities. From these reflections, they will identify and commit to self-initiated changes to foster a lasting internal sense of satisfaction.

Pre-workshop Questionnaire

All participants will be requested to answer a pre-workshop questionnaire, the answers from which will be injected into the workshop.
