ExeQserve recently conducted a 2-hour Follow-through Session in Tarlac for participants of our Supervisory Skills Development Workshop. The session provided a platform for reflecting on key learnings and assessing how participants have applied those insights to enhance their supervisory skills in the workplace.
Participants shared how open communication and proper delegation improved teamwork. Team members became more independent, took initiative, and helped make daily tasks smoother. Clear responsibilities helped team members take initiative, while friendly competition and ongoing supervision boosted motivation and performance.
Setting SMART goals and organizing tasks were key to their success. Clear instructions, coaching, and effective delegation helped overcome communication barriers, improve coordination, and ensure smoother daily operations.
We concluded with insights on performance management, where feedback and reward systems played a major role. Participants discussed evaluation systems, monitoring complaints, and providing feedback, all of which contributed to better team performance and fewer issues.
As part of ExeQserve’s Leadership Program, we return after three months to assess how participants have applied their learnings. We evaluate on what helped them succeed, what hindered them, and the overall impact on their teams and organizations, ensuring that the leadership development process is both practical and sustainable.
