Over the last two days, Team ExeQserve successfully concluded another powerful run of our Supervisory Skills Development Workshop, facilitated by our very own CEO, Mr. Edwin Ebreo. This session brought together supervisors from one of our clients in the telecommunications industry for an interactive and engaging learning experience on what it truly means to lead.
From the Marshmallow Challenge, identifying Characteristics of their admired Leaders, to SMART objective setting, participants explored core management functions, embraced the value of adaptability, and practiced planning techniques like the PDCA Cycle. Real-life stories shared during the session led to rich discussions on effective delegation, accountability, and the everyday challenges leaders face.
As the workshop progressed, participants gained deeper insights into situational leadership, development levels, and coaching through the GROW model. They recognized that effective leadership requires clarity, trust, empathy, and the ability to listen and guide without judgment. By the end of the session, participants equipped themselves with practical tools, renewed confidence, and a stronger sense of their role in building effective teams.
