EcoRenew Philippines (Former Renewable Products Group, Inc.), a mobile software, technology and financing business in Laguna, sent 19 of their Supervisors and Supervisory Trainees to ExeQserve’s Basic Supervisory Skills Development Workshop.
The training was facilitated by Mr. Edwin C. Ebreo, President and Founder of ExeQserve.
The participants learned the differences and importance of Leadership and Management through a quiz.
This workshop is designed to help the supervisors and managers assess their own mindsets and adjust accordingly to the NEW leadership paradigms. And hone the Supervisor’s skills in leadership.
They were also able to identify the type of leaders that they aspire to be through a “Dress up Your Leader” activity.
It also equipped them with the basic management tools like planning, organizing, leading and controlling and communicating.
The participants were asked to commit to a forward agenda to put learning to action.
