This is an introductory course for mentoring for prospective mentors. This course is designed to introduce the concepts and principles of Mentoring. Many would-be mentors get mystified by the terms used to describe mentoring, coaching, and other developmental interventions. It is important to know the difference and productive uses. Through this course, the participants will be able to appreciate how mentoring helps both the mentor and the mentee and learn how to make mentoring relationships work.
