ExeQserve conducted another successful 3-day Trainer’s Training Public Workshop last July 25-27, 2018.
The workshop was conducted by ExeQserve’s very own President and Founder, Mr. Edwin C. Ebreo at BSA Twin Towers Hotel in Ortigas.
The event was attended by 21 participants from different organizations and industries.
The participants are highly engaged in the discussion & activities and showed it by asking questions every now and then when a topic is being discussed.
This Trainer’s Training learning event aimed for the participants to be able to develop and design a training program that follows the ADDIE method.
During the first part of the workshop, the participants learned the importance of partnership with the stake holders and the importance of training programs conducted.
They learned about their learning styles based on Kolb’s Learning Style Inventory. They also learned about Bloom’s Adult Learning Principles.
The participants also learned how to write different objectives using the different formats presented as well as the different domains that should be considered in each objectives. Their main take-away was the true essence of using the ADDIE method whenever they are developing a training program.
