ExeQserve designed a learning intervention based on Two important concepts on personal development and mastery can help you. upcoming leaders prepare for their leadership journey; Emotional Intelligence and the JOHARI Window.

This program aims to help the learners appreciate the two concepts and how they can be used as guide or tool for their own personal leadership development.

We will utilize exercises to help them take stock of their current leadership capital (strengths, values, goals and opportunities for improvement and then help them take action that leads to building self mastery, empathy and enlarging their personal arena.

 

Objectives
