In a significant development for the talent development community in the Philippines, ExeQserve CEO Edwin C. Ebreo has been elected as the President of the Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD). PSTD, known as the country’s premier organization for talent development, boasts a membership of nearly 500, encompassing corporate and individual members, learning and development managers, practitioners, and consultants.

Before ascending to the presidency, Ebreo has been an influential figure in PSTD, leading several committees including Programs, Membership, Ways and Means, Marketing, Certification, Publication, and the Journal of the Philippine Society for Talent Development (JPSTD). His most notable contributions include his leadership in developing key initiatives such as the Master Trainer Certification Program, the Philippine Talent Development Framework, the JPSTD Charter, the PSTD Website, the Digital Library, and the Merchant Partner Program, among others.

Ebreo’s vision for his presidency is ambitious and forward-looking. He expressed his intentions on social media, stating his commitment to building upon the successes of the previous PSTD leadership. “By the time we’re done with our term, we want talent development practitioners to feel a compelling need to join this community of practice,” Ebreo emphasized.
