In January 2025, we had the privilege of conducting a series of transformative workshops designed and facilitated by our lead trainer, Mr. Edwin Ebreo. These workshops brought together teams eager to grow, collaborate, and apply new skills to real-world challenges. Each session reflected our commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences, blending structured frameworks with interactive activities. Here’s a quick look-back at some of the highlights from one of our signature workshops.
1. Fundamentals of Leadership and Management
This workshop focused on key managerial pillars—planning, organizing, leading, and controlling—combined with effective communication strategies. Built on foundational models like John Maxwell’s 5 Levels of Leadership and Situational Leadership Theory, it featured team development exercises, performance improvement plans, and action-oriented activities. Participants gained the ability to apply leadership frameworks, manage performance effectively, and develop empowered teams ready to drive organizational success.
2. Logical, Critical, and Creative Thinking Workshop
This workshop introduced participants to essential thinking models aimed at improving problem-solving, logical reasoning, and creative thinking. Rooted in structured approaches such as inductive and deductive logic and the innovative SCAMPER method, the program included engaging activities like the Moon Landing Dilemma and mental model exercises. Guided by the 4 Hats of Creative Problem Solving, participants developed strategies to apply structured and creative thinking in practical workplace situations.
3. Strengthening Emotional Intelligence
This workshop helped participants master self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management based on Daniel Goleman’s emotional intelligence model. Through activities like emotional journaling, self-assessment exercises, and role-playing scenarios, attendees developed skills to regulate their emotions and empathize with others. With tools such as the Emotional Bank Account and the GROW model for conflict resolution, participants left equipped to navigate emotional challenges and build stronger workplace relationships.
The Edwin Ebreo Experience
Known for his energetic presence, Sir Ed kept participants engaged and motivated throughout every session. His ability to break down ideas into clear and actionable steps made learning both enjoyable and effective. Beyond imparting knowledge, he created an interactive environment that encouraged discussions and personal growth. Through well-designed activities and real-life examples, he helped participants internalize key lessons. His facilitation style fostered both confidence and competence among learners, making each workshop a rewarding experience.
As we continue the year, we look forward to seeing how these lessons will drive growth, creativity, and collaboration within our teams. Stay tuned for our upcoming workshops, and don’t hesitate to reach out to see how we can help your organization achieve its learning and development goals.
