Rojean Sellers is a highly skilled Human Resource and Organizational Development professional with a strong background in training and leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the esteemed Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
Roje’s passion for training and facilitation took root during her time as an active officer in various college organizations, including the PUP Psychology Students Association, PUP Bukluran sa Sikolohiyang Pilipino, and Peer Facilitator’s Association. These experiences allowed her to nurture her leadership abilities and develop effective facilitation skills.
From 2011 onwards, Roje has been actively involved in facilitating team-building activities and leadership training for different school and college organizations, including PUP, Our Lady of Fatima University, and FEU. With over 6 years of corporate experience in Learning and Development within the HR domain, she has successfully assisted more than 100 companies in building high-performing teams and cultivating effective leaders.
Her expertise extends to process improvements, where she has led various HROD projects such as HR Audits, Competency Development, Employee Handbook Development, and Job Description Writing across diverse industries, including notable companies like Ayala Property Management Corporation, Semcalaca Power Corporation, and San Miguel Corporation.
Currently, Rojean Sellers is thriving in her role as a dedicated trainer in a prominent private organization.
