” A good training is a well-designed training!”
– Edwin C. Ebreo, President & Founder of ExeQserve
The Trainer’s role is crucial in facilitating learning. An effective facilitator appreciates learning concepts and uses appropriate methodologies to maximize absorption of information and build confidence in practice.
To help enhance Ayala Property Management Trainer’s competence in delivering training, ExeQserve Consultants designed a 3-day program aimed at refreshing and strengthening their training skills by deepening their appreciation of concepts and theories of learning and equip them with new knowledge and tools they can use in facilitating learning.
The workshop was conducted last June 19-21 at APMC’s Office in Makati and was facilitated by Mr. Edwin C. Ebreo, President and Founder of ExeQserve.
The participants were able to identify and describe the different theories of Learning & Development and the different learning methodologies they can use when facilitating or creating a program.
The participants were able to learn and identify different skills a facilitator should possess whenever they facilitate learning, as well as the different methods of facilitating.
They also learned the different levels of evaluation based on Kirkpatrick’s Model and ways on how to deal with adult & difficult learners.
